Shipping Policy
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing omarramo.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your products, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for it flaws in workmanship are found.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn or damaged. This applies to any product shipped with defect in craftsmanship or materials. Please contact us at omarramo.com to approve a return. We receive the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when item was delivered to you.
